How do I prove my age
If you order an fixed blade knife or a locking knife with a blade over 3" we are required by law to check you are over 18, we do this automatically once you place the order using a third party company called agechecked.com, they will check your details against a number of registers and let us know either yes or no. This is the only information we get. If we get a yes your order is approved for shipping automatically. If we can't get a over 18 result we will email you asking for you to send proof of age.

Do I need to prove my age when my order gets delivered.
If you look under 25 the delivery agent either DPD or Royal Mail will ask you for proof of age, if nobody over the age of 18 is available to take the delivery, it is against the law for the delivery agent to leave the item. This only appies to age verified products

What happens if nobody is available to take my delivery.
Both ParcelForce and DPD are not allowed to leave an age verified delivery "in a safe place" it must be handed to a person.
DPD will try to deliver the next day, however that is the final attempt, you can book a collect from store from the email from DPD and they will deliver it to a shop/store within 10 minutes drive of the delivery location. ID will be required to collect the item

How does the price match work
We will match any price for the same item available in stock from a UK business, the item must be in stock and not on any sales promotion. We do not match prices for Amazon or companies how ship to the UK from Europe, please remember to add any delivery charges, import duties and VAT

Do you ship outside the UK
We do not ship any products outside the UK, if you have a UK postcode so BT (N.Ireland), IM (Isle of Man) we will ship to you.

How do I return an item
If you have received your order and you don't like it, don't want it or just changed your mind as long as it's unused and still in the original packaging you can return from the link at the bottom of any page on our website under Customer Service.

Do you have a shop, can I come and browse the products
No, we don't have a shop, we have a warehouse and some offices, due to the nature of the products we sell we don't allow visitors

Do you take PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay
Yes, you can pay with a Visa or Mastercard debit card, we also accept Paypal, GooglePay and ApplePay. We also offer Paypal pay in 3 monthly instalments

Do you take Cheque, Postal Orders, 30 Day Account Orders
No, payment can only be made at time of order on the website.

Do you supply trade
Yes, if you are looking for regular volume of any items call us and we can help you out.

Do you offer discounts to Scout or Guide Groups
Yes we do, call us and once registered we can change your account to a Scout Group Account

Do you offer discounts to Education
